Yom Games Service and User Agreement

Effective Date: 08.10.2026 Yürürlük Tarihi: 08.10.2026

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between Yom Games and the individual who visits the yomgames.com.tr website or downloads/plays the games (e.g., Rhythm Box) offered by the Company. By accessing or using our services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Scope of Services and Free-to-Play Structure

Yom Games offers web-based and mobile games. Our mobile games are generally free-to-play. However, in-app purchases or advertising modules may be added in future releases.

The user agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes. Violating the security of services, reverse engineering, or attempting to obtain source code is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts and Game Progress

Protecting your in-game progress and scores is your responsibility. Unless you link a supported cloud account (e.g., Google Play Games) to the game, your progress is kept locally on your device. If you delete the app or change devices, your local data can be lost. Yom Games cannot substitute or be held liable for lost data.

4. Fair Play and Leaderboards

Manipulating in-game data or Leaderboard statistics using cheat software, bots, third-party tools, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited. Insulting or disturbing other users is also forbidden. Yom Games reserves the right to remove or ban fraudulent accounts from the Leaderboard and the system without notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the Yom Games website and in its games (including but not limited to software, underlying code, graphics, designs, logos, audio files, and game mechanics) are the intellectual and copyrighted property of Yom Games. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use these contents for commercial purposes without the Company's express written permission.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Yom Games does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yom Games shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from hardware failures, data losses, or network problems.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes arising from this Agreement. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes.

2. Hizmetlerin Kapsamı ve Ücretsiz Yapı

5. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Yom Games web sitesinde ve oyunlarında yer alan tüm materyaller (yazılımlar, kaynak kodları, grafikler, isimler, ses dosyaları ve oyun mekanikleri dahil) Yom Games'in fikri ve telif hakkı mülkiyetindedir. Kullanıcılar, Şirketin açık yazılı izni olmadan bu içerikleri kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanamaz.

6. Sorumluluk Reddi ve Sınırlandırılması

Hizmetlerimiz "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT HALİYLE" sunulmaktadır. Yom Games hizmetlerin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmez.
